The "Why" for the Blog

Dear YW, and YWs' Parents,

We have created this blog to help you know what is going on in the Hobble Creek 13th Ward Young Womens Program. We will be using it to send reminders, report on activities, post pictures, and share our experiences. We invite you to be an active participant by making comments, writing your own posts, and checking it regularly. We hope to have important things like calendars and links to resources (as well as the personal blogs of our young women) also available to you here.

As Bishop Burton said in the ward newsletter a few months ago, we need to be using technology for righteous purposes. This blog, we hope, will help to unite us as a ward young womens' group, be a forum for sharing experiences, and build our testimonies as we share our feelings about the gospel. Again, we invite you to help us in those goals by being an active participant. If you have any questions, please leave a comment and we will get back to you.
